Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
A healthy and speedy breakfast to start the day!
- 3 spotty ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy if you want some texture)
- 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
- 160 ml soya milk*
- Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of flax seeds and some rolled oats. Because of the banana, this smoothie is best drunk straight away!
- Yields 500ml; ideal for 2 people to share as a snack or for 1 person as a filling and energy-boosting breakfast.
