  1. 3 spotty ripe bananas
  2. 1 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy if you want some texture)
  3. 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
  4. 160 ml soya milk*
  1. Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of flax seeds and some rolled oats. Because of the banana, this smoothie is best drunk straight away!
  2. Yields 500ml; ideal for 2 people to share as a snack or for 1 person as a filling and energy-boosting breakfast.
  1. * use almond milk or other alternative to make this soya-free
